Buffalo State is no longer printing student bills. E-billing and web payment information is available at www.buffalostate.edu/studentaccounts.
Charges for all summer registrations will be updated daily effective May 14. Full payment must be remitted within 10 days of the first day of classes for each session.
Late Fees
A late registration fee of $40 will be charged for first-time summer registration after July 25, 2012.
A late payment fee of $30 will be assessed to any payment received after the due date.
These fees will not be waived or deferred.
Returned Check Fees
A $20 fee will be assessed for any check that is returned because of insufficient funds. The fee will also be assessed for any rejected credit card transaction. The $30 late payment fee will also be applied to returned checks/rejected charges when appropriate.
Cancelations and Refunds
Non-payment does not cancel your registration. If you decide not to attend, you must drop all courses directly in Banner by the registration deadline.
If you officially* drop courses by the end of the registration term, you may be entitled to a refund or tuition liability decrease. Summer 2012 refunds and liability schedule.
* Official date of withdrawal is determined by the date the student enters their online course withdrawal in Banner.
