After Graduation
Graduates are prepared to work in virtually every higher education student service area: admissions, residence life, financial aid, registration, orientation, academic and personal advisement, international student services, career development and placement, counseling, judicial affairs, student union management and student activities, minority student services, services for students with disabilities, and alumni affairs.
Graduates also work with clients of various ages (adults, senior citizens, and youth) in community education, health-care, and law enforcement settings. With its client-centered focus, the program’s skills and knowledge base are valuable for current and aspiring professionals in marketing, teaching, consulting, and human resource roles.
